Return Policy
Quickly and easily return your item(s) by sending a return request email to support@cleanbubs.com
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You have 45 days from the date of original purchase to return your item(s).
Please note that sale items are NOT eligible to be returned.
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a CleanBubs E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
We do not provide cash refunds. We will accept exchanges within 45 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all packaging included. We will accept returns for store credit only within 45 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all packaging included..
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time. Returns/exchanges will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:
- Any items that are returned damaged
- Any items returned that appear to be used, washed and/or altered
- Any items returned with food stains or soap scum.
- Any items returned with a strong odor and/or cigarette odor
- Any items returned with stains or cracks.
- Any items that arrive at our facility AFTER 45 days of the original purchase date
Any items returned to our Distribution Center that do not qualify will be discarded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
